The staggered flights provide equal dispersement throughout the vessel by forcing material in an upward direction. The high speed rotor stator provides high shear to all materials being passed through the rotor/stator gap. The dispersion blade is used to disperse solids into viscous liquids. A combination of the rotor stator and the dispersion blade. Ideal for materials requiring high shear and dispersement.
