The DIT Team

Kevin Noone

President

Kevin Noone is President of Design Integrated Technology (DIT) with over 40 years of experience in solid and liquid propulsion. Prior to his leadership at DIT, Kevin held positions in manufacturing operations, supply chain, and operational excellence. Kevin’s vision for DIT is to be preeminent in the engineering and manufacturing of industrial mixers and propellant testing equipment. To achieve this goal, Kevin believes in providing superb customer service, solid teamwork that delivers quality products on time and at a fair price.

Bobby Dietzen

Vice President

Bobby joined DIT in July 2022 as Mechanical Engineering Manager. He came with 10 years of experience in manufacturing in process engineering and operations management. When hired, he became responsible for DIT’s ASME certificate and for reshaping the engineering design drawing system. While improving the mechanical design of DIT products, he worked closely with the manufacturing team. In 2024, he expanded his role by taking on the responsibility of operations at DIT. Today, he continues to innovate with product advancement and leads continuous improvement in business operations.

Michael Vitayanuvatti

Project Manager

Mike joined DIT in 1990 as a CAD Operator and Mechanical Engineer, contributing across many roles as the company grew from a small startup. In 1998, Mike transitioned to TRW Systems Group, contributing to the satellite space communication program. In 2003, Mike returned to DIT as IT Manager while earning IT certification, taking on responsibilities in computer systems, network engineering, cybersecurity, marketing and web design. Later he expanded into electrical engineering, software programming, and PLC / DAQ control systems. In 2022, Mike transitioned into his current role as Project Manager. Today, he continues to contribute across multiple disciplines, bringing the same adaptability and “wear many hats” mindset that defined DIT’s early days.

Pam Hackley

Office Manager

Pam joined Design Integrated Technology (DIT) in November 2005, bringing with her extensive experience in customer service from the retail industry. In her role as Office Manager, she oversees daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring the smooth running of the office. Pam also serves as a key liaison between customers and suppliers, facilitating communication and ensuring that all needs are met with efficiency and care. Often the first point of contact at DIT, Pam is recognized for her dedication to providing exceptional service.

Jenae Jenkins

Buyer/Planner

Jenae joined the team in April 2025 as Buyer/Planner of Materials. With a foundation rooted in culinary arts and a sharp eye for operations, she brings a unique blend of inventory insight and strategic planning to the Buyer/Planner role at DIT. Her hands-on experience in the culinary world has equipped her with a deep understanding of product sourcing, seasonal demand cycles, and the critical importance of quality and consistency—skills that translate seamlessly into procurement and supply chain management. Her culinary background isn’t just a credential—it’s a lens through which she views every buying decision, ensuring that DIT’s offerings remain both competitive and compelling. Jenae understands how purchasing decisions impact not just the bottom line, but the customer experience. This perspective allows her to anticipate market trends, negotiate effectively, and align purchasing strategies with both consumer expectations and business goals.

Justin Scott

Engineering Technician

With 18 years of experience in CAD / CAM, Justin has collaborated with design teams, engineers, fabricators, and clients to develop purpose-built machines, production equipment, and custom-tailored solutions that improve efficiency and meet challenging project requirements. His work has focused on streamlining processes across industries such as defense, aerospace, nuclear, infrastructure, and manufacturing. Justin takes a hands-on approach to ensure customer satisfaction, leveraging CAD tools like SolidWorks and AutoCAD to guide and communicate each stage of the process—from initial concept through prototyping to the finished product.

Gavin Rosenberger

Electrical Engineer

Gavin graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering in Spring of 2023 and began working for DIT in October 2023. During his time at Virginia Tech, Gavin gained hands-on experience in circuit design, power electronics, and embedded systems. At DIT, he contributes to industrial automation, developing next generation testing equipment, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement innovative control solutions.
