- Dual-Action Blending: Features 180° opposed helical conical outer blades and a positive screw auger inner blade for maximum material turnover.
- Premium Construction: All contact parts are 304L Stainless Steel with a high-polish, ideal for sanitary or high-purity environments. Well-suited for use in FDA-regulated environments, such as food, beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Flexible Capacity: Batch range of 12.5 to 50 gallons (75-gallon spillover).
Rating: Vessel 15 PSI @ 500F. Jacket 100 PSI@500F. Jacket is fabricated & stamped IAW Section VIII, Division 1 of the ASME Pressure Vessel Code. - Ports:
- Two (2) 6″ Sanitary ports
- Two (2) 3” Sanitary ports
- One (1) 2” Sanitary Port
- Full Control: Touchscreen PLC with Variable blade speeds from 1 to 58 & 70 RPM and an integrated temperature probe for real-time process monitoring. Features user-defined recipes for running automated mix sequences.
